These terms apply to bookings made with AL Kudhi Jazeera Tours. Please read them before submitting a booking request.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form on this website creates a request. It is not a confirmed reservation and no payment is taken at that point. A booking is confirmed only once we have checked availability and issued you a written confirmation.

Prices

Rates shown on this website are indicative and vary by season, room category, board basis and occupancy. The price on your written quotation is the price that applies. Government taxes and green tax are charged as set by the authorities at the time of travel.

Payment

Payment terms, deposit amounts and due dates are set out on your quotation and confirmation.

Cancellations and amendments

Cancellation and amendment charges are determined by the resort, guest house or operator holding the reservation, and are stated on your confirmation. We will always tell you what applies before you commit.

Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any visas required, and travel insurance appropriate to your trip. We strongly recommend insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and water-based activities.

Transfers

Speedboat, domestic flight and seaplane transfers operate to schedules set by the operators and may be affected by weather or flight timings. We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we will always help you re-arrange.
